About the Department:
The Marketing Manager role is a great opportunity to join a growing digital agency with a tight-knit marketing department giving you visibility into every aspect of marketing from event planning to digital strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Working and participating as a key member of the marketing team, create and execute a data driven marketing strategy, with integrated campaigns and programs that include a blend of inbound and outbound activities
  • Focus on delivering an agreed number of high quality, Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Work closely with the revenue team to create and run programs to drive leads from targeted accounts, while keeping them informed of marketing programs and activities
  • Establish marketing programs based on objectives including email, direct mail, webinars, SEO, PPC, display ads, PR, social media, and events
  • Work in collaboration with Mediacurrent partners
  • Track, measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of demand creation campaigns and impact on pipeline, making recommendations for future programs and investments
  • Facilitate outcome oriented communication between marketing and sales teams through frequent, consistent and effective interaction

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is preferred or applicable experience
  • 1- 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role with an emphasis on mid-market & enterprise organizations (at a b2b organization is highly preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Automation (Pardot preferred)
  • Experience creating and managing omni-channel demand generation campaigns
  • Ability to build and maintain standards and processes for marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge of and proven experience in event marketing & management
  • The ability to develop and maintain ongoing data quality and lead hygiene processes
  • Experience of working closely with sales and sales development teams, able to represent marketing effectively, while delivering supporting content and tools to enable sales success
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, while also contributing as a team player; willing to experiment with new ideas, concepts, tools and approaches to marketing and business development using data and research driven goals
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques
  • Working knowledge of marketing attribution for online and offline touchpoints
  • Understands the role marketing plays in an organization and impact on revenue
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Valued knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Working knowledge of agile software development methodologies
  • Experience with Pardot
  • Experience with Agorapulse, Lead411, Canva, Zoom, Drupal, Brightcove
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, HTML & CSS
  • Experience authoring blogs and/or giving conference presentations
