About the Role

The Office Administrator will work closely with the operations team in the corporate Alpharetta office as well as a remote distributed team with employees in 30+ states. To be successful in the role, you’ll need to a great problem solver, detailed- oriented, superb communication skills, excellent time management skills, and hard-working professional. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support; including answering telephones, assisting visitors, and maintaining breakroom and office supplies

  • Support human resources with weekly reporting, continuing education coordination, and other tasks as needed

  • Assist in coordination of onboarding for new hires

  • Plan special events for the team or company-sponsored events

  • Research, organize, and make travel arrangements. Ensure flawless arrangement of flights, hotel accommodations, and other travel needs

  • Organize conference calls or facilities for internal and external meetings

  • Review and process expense reports

  • Review and reconcile employee paid time off

  • Prepare promotional presentations

  • Organize and update client case studies

  • Prepare weekly reports

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the administrative needs of the staff

  • Preparing and coordinating bulk shipments such as employee or client gifts

  • Coordinating notices from state governments for employee taxes, unemployment insurance and other state and local jurisdiction requirements: organizing notices received and submitting required documentation to our payroll provider for processing

  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)


  • 2-3 years experience in a similar administrative role

  • Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheet and Presentation software (Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office 

  • Strong typing/keyboard skills (50-60 WPM)

  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency

  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

  • Experience with content creation and managing content on a CMS platform (Drupal, Wordpress, etc) a plus, even if not professionally

  • Aptitude to learn new tools and software quickly and independently
